4.1 Radiometry Within the Ray Bundle

There are various ways of describing light amplitude radiometrically. Some of them are suited for describing light emanating from a source, some for light dissappearing in a sink, and some are also suited for light in a propagating beam.
Let us start with measurements in the propagating ray bundle. But of course these measurements can also be taken near source or sink.
